I believe that the Pirate Bay was an illegal service, so I'm not surprised that it's been shut down. Frankly, I'm glad that they're gone—they have no business providing pirated content for free. If you were using the Pirate Bay for your entertainment needs and are now looking for an alternative, I recommend do an online search.
